Position Location: Virtual. Preference will be given to candidates in the greater Chicago area.


The Company: Excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing tech startup in the hiring and recruitment industry. The company is a two-year-old, cash-flow positive SAAS provider of Applicant Tracking and Recruitment Management systems for Staffing Agency, Corporate HR, and Small Business clients.


The Role: This is a sales role with some modest account management responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to close small and medium sized staffing agencies, as well as assist senior executives to source larger firms.


Qualifications: You must be a self-motivated go-getter capable of transforming a lead list into successful sales relationships. Minimum of 1 year B2B SAAS sales experience required. In addition we will be looking for the following characteristics:


- Results-oriented

- Motivated with high energy. Eagerness to close sales a must.

- Strong follow up skills

- Not dismayed by rejection.

- High sense of values.

- Resourcefulness.

Compensation: The Company is offering a competitive base + commission package. The successful candidate will be able to build a stable client-base that provides recurring commission-based income exceeding the base wage.
