WE are currenty hiring an OEM Account Manager / Program Manager for our R&D team. Your goals will include working directly with OEM automotive customers to manage existing RF, Antenna and Infotainment communications programs, as well as help in developing new business. Proven work history with some form of interconnect products, antennas, mobile phones and other mobile devices, preferably in the automotive space is highly desired.

-        Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Candidates with engineering degrees and automotive experience are preferred.

-        Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in an automotive OEM account management or program management capacity

Responsibilities

 Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following through to receive orders, and assisting in timely collection of payments

 Responsible for management of activities on current (awarded) programs

 Understand customer requirements and work with related departments to provide a solution

 Responsible for meeting project milestones on schedule

 Provide account updates, forecasts, and business plans

 Coordinate, track, and deliver engineering samples to customers

 Interface with customers to develop ongoing business relationships and secure new project opportunities

 Communicate with local and international staff on project requirements

 Support the Business Development Director with RFQ responses and other BD-related activities for new customers

 Some travel will be required, including occasional international travel to Europe and Asia. Approximately 10% - 15% of total work time may be dedicated to business travel. Due to COVID, international travel is currently on hold.

 Help to grow existing accounts through additional program awards

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a strong Automotive Account Manager with the following attributes:

 Proficient in Microsoft Office

 Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

 Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

 The Ability to multi-task and manage time.

 Fluent in both written and verbal English.

 Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
