Now hiring a senior level RF Antenna engineer with supervisory and design skills to work in our exciting research environment which focuses on emerging technologies by integrating capabilities across electromagnetics, systems modeling, algorithm development, and systems design, all in support of national security to fundamental science projects.
You will be a crucial part of our multidisciplinary team which is focused on developing and analyzing all elements of new high-performance radar imaging systems and/or wireless digital communication systems from antennas to protocol level.
Your ability to lead technical teams, leading proposal development, making selections on technical alternatives; leading the execution of complex assignments. Defining and leading project work at a large task/project level, reporting results on time and on budget.

This will require 7 years minimum of experience coupled with a Bachelors degree in Physics, or 5 years of experience coupled with a Masters degree, or preferred is a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Math with 3 years or more of RF / Radar work experience

Qualifications:
 Design test and integration of Millimeter-Wave (MMW) Switched Array Antennas
 The ability to Develop RF/microwave circuits and components including antennas and transceivers
 Lead engineering teams in the development of RF/microwave systems and sub-systems.
 Derive specifications for RF/microwave systems and sub-systems.
 Characterize RF system performance.
 Participate in technical design reviews and element/system level activities.
